Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mirro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mirro. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Sign-In credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information, including birth data, as profile quality depends on it.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access: support@mirra.london
• Once you have agreed to these Terms, the first completed profile in each area (dating, work, social, family) is saved to your account automatically — no separate “save” action is required. If you generate a further profile in an area where one is already saved, we will ask you to confirm before it replaces the existing one. You can delete any saved profile at any time from Your Journeys, or by contacting privacy@mirro.london.

5. Consent to Data Processing & AI Training

By creating an account and accepting these Terms, you explicitly consent to:

• Processing of your psychological profile data, consultation responses, and astrological profile as described in our Privacy Policy, including their categorisation as potentially sensitive personal data
• The automatic saving of your profile results to your account as described in Section 4 above
• Automated profiling and compatibility scoring as described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy
• Use of your anonymised behavioural data (matching decisions, venue selections, post-date outcomes) to train and improve Mirro’s AI matching models
• Processing of your data by the third-party processors listed in the Privacy Policy

You may withdraw any of these consents at any time by contacting privacy@mirro.london. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. Voice Features

The optional Voice Hello feature allows you to record a short audio greeting on your device. By using this feature you confirm you consent to the microphone access. Voice recordings are processed locally on your device only and are never transmitted to or stored on Mirro’s servers. Do not record voice content that includes third parties without their consent.

7. The Mirro Table, the Room & In-Person Meetings

Mirro facilitates introductions between consenting users and suggests venues for in-person meetings. You acknowledge that:

• Mirro is not responsible for the conduct of other users at in-person meetings
• You meet other users entirely at your own risk and should exercise standard personal safety precautions
• Venue recommendations are AI-generated suggestions only — Mirro has no commercial relationship with suggested venues and is not responsible for your experience at them
• You should share your plans with a trusted person before meeting someone for the first time

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information about yourself, including your age
• Harass, threaten, demean or intimidate another member, in the app or in person
• Share another person’s private information
• Write about any group of people with contempt because of who they are
• Include phone numbers, email addresses, links, social or messaging handles, or payment details in anything another member will read
• Ask another member for money, or offer paid or commercial services of any kind
• Submit sexual content about anyone under 18, or express interest in minors
• Use the Service to find people for anything other than a genuine relationship

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

9. Reporting, blocking and how we review

Every member you are shown has a Report option. When you report someone, they stop appearing for you at once and a person on our team reads the report, usually the same day. You can also keep anyone at a distance without reporting them, and reverse it later in Memory. What you write only for yourself, such as your interview answers, is never screened. What you write for another member to read, and anything you make public, is read once by an automated check and, where it is unclear, by a person on our team, before it reaches anyone. If something cannot go out as written we show you the exact words and the reason, and you can edit or ask a person to look. We never change your words without telling you. We keep reports for up to 24 months and the text of a review for 90 days after it is resolved. If you believe we got a decision wrong, write to the address in section 14.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, AI outputs, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by Mirro Technologies Ltd or its licensors. AI-generated insights produced for you are provided for your personal use only and may not be republished commercially without our consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirro Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes from in-person meetings arranged through the platform. Our total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at mirro.london/terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For EU users, mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence also apply.
